Shipping policy
At El Mariachi Market, we carefully pack every order to make sure your products arrive safely and in good condition.
Order Processing
Orders are normally processed and prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days. Once your order has been packed, it will be dropped off with Canada Post.
Please note that processing time is separate from shipping transit time.
Canada Post Delivery Times
Once your order has been shipped, delivery times depend on your location.
- Local: 1–3 business days
- Regional: 3–6 business days
- National: 4–10 business days
Remote and northern locations may require additional time.
Please keep in mind that these are estimated delivery times provided by Canada Post and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may be affected by weather, holidays, peak periods, transportation delays, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Canada Post tracking number when available. You can use the tracking number to follow your package and check its delivery status.
Delays
El Mariachi Market is not responsible for delays caused by Canada Post or other circumstances outside our control. If your package is delayed, please allow additional time for delivery and use your tracking number for the most up-to-date information.
If you believe your package has been lost or there is an issue with your delivery, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
Important Note
The estimated delivery time does not include our 1–2 business day processing period. For example, an order going across Canada may take approximately 1–2 business days to process plus 4–10 business days in transit with Regular Parcel service.
