Return & Refund Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you need to return an item, we offer a 15-day return period, meaning you have 15 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be in the same condition in which you received it
- Be unused and unopened
- Be in its original packaging
- Include all original packaging and materials, where applicable
How to Request a Return
To request a return, please contact us at info@donchendo.com within 15 days of receiving your order. Please include:
- Your full name
- Order number
- Reason for the return
- Photos of the item, if applicable
We will review your request and respond within 48 business hours.
If your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to return the item. Please do not send an item back without receiving return authorization from us first. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted and may not be eligible for a refund.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible at info@donchendo.com.
Please include your order number and photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue and determine the best way to resolve it.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, food and other perishable products cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective, or the wrong item was sent.
We also do not accept returns for:
- Gift cards
- Opened or used products
- Items that are not in their original condition or packaging
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, the fastest option is to request a return for the original item. Once your return is approved and processed, you may place a new order for the item you would like.
Refunds
Once your return has been approved, we will provide you with instructions for returning the item. If a return shipping label is applicable, we will provide one with your return instructions.
Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return requirements. If the return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method, and you will receive an email confirmation.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund to your account.
